Encompass Home Repair Systems markets home system warranty programs. After 25 years of success in Canada, they have begun to explore opportunities in the United States. As a very small company, they understood they had no online presence. This would hinder credibility and be a barrier to securing sales meetings.
The Tiny Agency was asked to provide recommendations and launch what’s needed. We launched their LinkedIn page, provided the posts, and tidied up their personal accounts. Sales efforts have begun. The pages are being used to connect with prospects and are providing the online credibility they asked for.

B to B. Primary - Help build online credibility with mortgage brokers and other professionals who service home buyers. Secondary – along with work we are doing on the websites, help overall SEO.
Content Strategy.
We created a group of social posts designed for LinkedIn that are to be posted to the company page and then shared by the American salesperson into their network. To help manage the budget, these posts are “evergreen” and can be reused after a few months to keep their page active.
Content Creation.
We utilized stock imagery that the targeted persona would easily identify, and then created a brand look and feel to add consistency and credibility to the posts.
Impact.
It is early days. Encompass has been managing enquiries about the warranty program. The social media posts have played their part, reinforcing the message and lending credibility.
