Megamation is a software development company that provides CMMS and ERP solutions. They were struggling to land new opportunities and knew that no one was discovering them online – all new leads were generated using outbound programs. They had a recently updated website, but no active social media pages. They asked The Tiny Agency to become their outsourced marketing team.

Among other key initiatives, we recommended aligning all channels and becoming active on social media. This project has just begun. The goal of this project stream is to build stronger brand awareness and eventually launch an advertising campaign on Reddit to generate leads.

  • Goals.

    Primary - B to B. Help build online credibility and secure meetings with decision makers who are exploring the need for new maintenance software. Secondary – B to B. Grow awareness and help overall SEO and AIO. 

    Content.

    After cleaning up the existing channels, we launched a simple, organic social media stream focusing on the unique value proposition of the company. In time, we will be able to expand the post topics to include different types of engaging content. To help manage the budget, many of these posts are “evergreen” and can be reused after a few months to keep their page active.

    Advertising.

    A Reddit ad campaign is to begin shortly.

    Impact.

    It is still very early days for Megamation’s social media. Staff engagement with these posts will be key if we hope to grow their organic audience and get meaningful engagement.
